Bollinger with PN VZ 15 on new terrain

Champagne Bollinger has introduced a new cuvée today: Bollinger PN VZ 15 – i.e. a single-varietal Pinot Noir, harvest 2015 from Verzenay.

This is to start a series in which a cru of the respective base year is selected in each subsequent edition, which has a special character. This is the first Champagne to join the permanent Bollinger range since the introduction of Bollinger Rosé. Pinot Noir is the dominant grape variety in the production of the house’s champagnes and a core element of the Bollinger style. With the creation of Bollinger PN, the house establishes a second Blanc de Noirs in the core range alongside its “Vieilles Vignes Francaises”.
