The Corbon family has been growing wine in Avize for four generations. They have been producing their own champagne since the 1960s.
Today, Agnes Corbon runs the vineyard, which is only 3ha in size. All wines are matured in stainless steel, not filtered and not fined.
The vintage champagnes are only disgorged when they are ripe and are characterised by a long yeast storage. Small-but-fine !
