Nestled in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, the independent Maison Mallol dedicates all its expertise to Chardonnay, cultivated exclusively in Grand Cru villages such as Cramant, Chouilly, Avize, and Oger, among others. After several years of patient work modernizing our facilities, developing new cuvées, and extending aging in our cellars, we have built a true production and aging facility. Discover our Champagnes, aged for extended periods on their lees (from 36 months to over 10 years, depending on the cuvée), which reflect the time, precision, and exacting standards of our craft.
