Reserve Exclusive Brut – Cult Champagne and Versatile Style Ambassador :
Réserve Exclusive Brut is an assemblage of 40 percent each of Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes and 20 percent Chardonnay. Pinot Noir gives the cuvée structure, while Meunier adds fruit and a gentle character. Chardonnay rounds off the cuvée and provides elegance and finesse. Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte relies on particularly long yeast ageing of three to four years in the bottle. The Réserve Exclusive Brut is a cuvée with a convincing freshness and liveliness. In the glass, it appears fragrant, yet clear and structured with the finest perlage. The aromas are reminiscent of juicy pears and apricots, underpinned with a delicate brioche note. The style ambassador of Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte is characterised by its complexity – and is uncomplicated, impulsive and refreshing.
