Aurelien Gerbais is the fourth generation to run the winery. Already under father Pierre, the vineyard work was converted to organic viticulture in the 90s. The winery cultivates about 18 ha. Of these, 10 ha are planted with Pinot Noir, 4 ha with Chardonnay and 4 ha with Pinot Blanc, a speciality of the winery. The vinification of the basic wines takes place in steel tanks with subsequent long yeast storage. The wines are bottled unfiltered and unfined, allowing the minerality of the Kimmeridge soils to fully develop.
