Yves Ruffin was a pioneer of organic viticulture in Champagne, certified as early as 1971. Since 2007, Sylvie Ruffin has continued to run the premier cru estate, which is only 3ha in size, according to his philosophy. All wines are fermented spontaneously with their own yeasts and aged in oak or acacia barrels. All champagnes are very harmonious, creamy and individual.
